We do not form an advocate-client relationship with you by your mere access or use of our website, this relationship is initiated when you duly execute a written letter of engagement that offers a specific scope of services to you at a fee.
- Fees and Payment
We charge fees for our legal services based on a variety of factors, including the complexity of the matter, but at all times guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order in force. The specific fees for each client shall be outlined in a written letter of engagement duly executed by the client.
- Client Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as permitted or required by law and in accordance with our privacy policy. However, we are not liable for any breaches that circumvent reasonable data protection mechanisms employed by us.
- Limitation of Liability and Reservation of Rights
We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.
